Pointers for the order process

The order process contains these steps:

  1. As soon as you have filled in and sent the order form you will receive a confirmation email that contains the details (license, price etc.) of you order as well as information about the payment method.
  2. As soon as we have received your license fee you will receive an email with a confirmation link. After you have confirmed the link, you will receive a final email with your license information and the login data for your personal user area on the Lodgit Desk Website.
  3. After you have logged into your personal user area, you can download the software under "Download". Your login data can also be used for the Support Ticket System.
  4. The invoice will be sent to you via mail.
