Although Lodgit Desk is so easy to use that you’ll most likely never need to use this support area, we’d still like to offer you the best possible customer service, just in case.
For this reason, all users of Lodgit Desk receive comprehensive support and help during the entire duration of their license agreement:
- View short video clips for a first quick glance at the booking program
- Search the frequently asked questions
- Let us know your own personal questions using our ticket system
- Download the documentation and other informational PDF files
- Get Phone support

Our support team is available weekdays between 9:00am and 5:30pm CEST to answer your questions and to help solve potential problems.
Important: Before you turn to the support team using the ticket system, please make sure that you're using the most up to date version of Lodgit Desk (see current release notes). If you’ve deactivated the automatic update function, please carry out a manual update.
