When we released the first version of Lodgit Desk in 2008, it already scored big with its easy-to-use graphical reservation schedule. While it didn't have any of the interfaces or many of the features it has now (nor was it available in English), there was already a large userbase for it: There just wasn’t a comparable software product for Mac OS X and the affordable license prices convinced Windows users as well.
Thanks to the tireless suggestions and feature requests of our users, Lodgit Desk could continually grow and improve over the past 5 years. The newest extension is an interface to an Electronic Registration System. These continuing improvements based on your needs is one of the biggest reasons why we now have almost 500 active users in more than 30 countries worldwide – and many of them have been clients for years.
Right on time for our 5th anniversary, the Lodgit website presents itself in a new look and, along with it, the special offer for users wanting to get to know the channel managers:
New clients of the channel managers connected to Lodgit Desk can now try them for 3 months to see whether sending rates and availabilities to online channels such as booking.com or Expedia benefits them. Lodgit users that haven’t yet used the Channel Manager Interface will be able to use it for free for those 3 months well.
