Lodgit Update – Version 3.0.1 User Management

The focus of our major update to version 3.0.1 is the integration of a convenient user administration area in Lodgit hotel software. We have thus fulfilled the long-awaited wish of many of our customers to set individual access rights via user accounts in Lodgit Desk.

With the new “User Management” module, you can:

  • Create and manage user accounts for all your employees
  • Accept predefined user roles or
  • Configure and assign individual user roles
  • Create and assign different access rights with a distinctive roles

Since our user management is still in the “beta phase”, we cordially invite you to test this module free of charge. Please contact us so that we can activate this additional module for you for one month. After the test phase you can add the module to your existing license for the introductory price of 12 €/month. We are looking forward to your feedback!

Additional Features in Version 3.0.1

  • Online booking notes are now displayed in the booking window in the “General” area as well as “Online booking”.
  • Online booking notes can be integrated into the check-in and check-out list.
  • Blocked guests are displayed more clearly in the occupancy schedule and in the booking.
  • Background bugs have been fixed.
