With our first update in the current year 2023, we have implemented a number of improvements and new functions. In the last few months, we have directly responded to many of your suggestions and wishes and have implemented them. Below you will find a selection of new and revised functions in version 2.9.1:
- A feature requested by many customers was the merging of multiple guests. We have now successfully implemented this. Read here how this new feature works in practice.
- Notes or comments that guests have left when booking via a channel manager or our online booking system are now also transferred. They appear in a separate section in the “Online booking” tab.
- Via the „GDPR Data Deletion” window (Administration > Additional modules), complete bookings can now also be deleted.
- If you create electronic registration slips via the provider Feratel, you can now also transfer data such as email address or telephone number. In addition, you are now also connected to the Feratel guest card system. In doing so, you can click in the guest administration whether guests have given their consent to the transfer of data to the guest card system.
- For customers in Germany only: Services with the tax rates of 9.0 and 9.5% are now recorded and fiscalised during fiscalisation by the TSE.
