Lodgit Desk now with TripConnect, TripAdvisor Review Express, Hotel-Spider and more

The latest version of Lodgit Desk (1.12.5.) comes with some exciting new hotel review features for our customers.

Being a premium-certified partner of TripAdvisor, the world’s biggest travel website, we can now offer our clients two new and interesting possibilities to advertise for their business and to receive TripAdvisor reviews and more commission free bookings!

Using TripConnect vacancies and prices from a client’s Lodgit Online Booking System can be made available to a wide audience on TripAdvisor. When a guest decides on booking a stay, TripAdvisor will forward him right to the client’s own Lodgit powered booking system which - contrary to other booking channels - allows to receive bookings without any commission fees at all! We also offer a connection to the guest review system Review Express. Users of Review Express will automatically send out an e-mail to their guests one day after they’ve been checked out in Lodgit Desk asking them to rate their stay on TripAdvisor. Thus our clients will get immediate feedback and last but not least increase their popularity and visibility on TripAdvisor.

There have also been some changes with regard to channel managers. We now support Hotel-Spider as a new, external service provider connecting our clients to various new channels such as seekda, hostelworld and many more regional booking channels. 

And last but not least we added a connection to the electronic registration system by Feratel which is used by more than 400 councils in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
