Define individual booking lengths and restrictions in our online booking system with the latest feature update.
With the MinLOS function (Minimum Length of Stay) you have the possibility to define precise and specific minimum booking periods in the online booking system. This way you avoid vacancies due to departures on Saturdays or ensure full occupancy on extended weekends such as Easter or Christmas.
You can then set the minimum booking period according to predefined time intervals – e.g. for the next 30 days – or to your individual dates. In addition, you are able to apply your requirements to specific room categories or even individual rental units. In doing so, you can define individually for each day of the week how long the length of stay should be.
Your potential guests who want to book via our online booking system will also see alternatives if there is no longer availability for a rental unit in a certain period.
The basic setting for a minimum booking duration can be made directly in Lodgit Desk, as usual; you can define specific specifications in your login area.
