Owners of holiday apartments and holiday homes know the problem: They want to be listed on rental portals such as fewo-direkt, traum-ferienwohnungen, airBnB, 9flats, wimdu and many more.
But the maintenance effort increases with every portal because the vacancies have to be updated constantly. With an ics feed (or "iCal Calendar feed"), which is part of the additional module Online Systems in Lodgit Desk, the matching of vacancies to these portals can be automated.
Now we have connected FeWo-Channelmanager via ics-Feed, which offers you even more convenience: With one listing, you are automatically included in over 40 channels such as BestFewo, Baltic Sea holiday apartments, travanto, casamundo and many more.
In addition to comparing availabilities via ics-Feed, you can also synchronise pictures, prices and seasonal times with all closed booking channels.
Incoming online bookings are recorded directly with the FeWo channel manager, which immediately blocks these dates accordingly with the other channels.
Financially attractive: The commission to the FeWo channel manager is 12% and includes all channel fees. With the channels themselves there are no more setup fees and portal commissions!

Until the end of 2015 lodgit customers receive a 20% discount on the setup fee for new registrations.
The ics-Feed is a 1-way interface that sends your availabilities from Lodgit Desk to the FeWo-Channelmanager. Bookings received via the online channels will be sent to you by e-mail. They have to be entered manually into the occupancy plan of Lodgit Desk.
The FeWo channel manager has an alternative 2-way interface to DIRS21, one of the channel managers which we also connect to. Via this interface, incoming online bookings from the holiday home channels can be automatically transferred to Lodgit Desk where they can be created as bookings. This offers additional ease of use, but requires the connection to DIRS21.
You can then also automatically compare your availabilities with channels such as booking.com, HRS, Expedia and many more without having a higher risk of overbooking. For this reason, we rather advise against the simultaneous use of another channel manager together with the FeWo channel manager.
