Here we show some of the different ways to create lists and statistics within Lodgit Desk:

Guest Analytics: Country Reports

Lodgit Desk provides a monthly analysis of the number of overnight stays, broken down by the country of origin of your guests. This can greatly reduce the owner's task of providing the monthly country reports required by some public authorities.

These reports not only list the number of arrivals and departures to your establishment, but also use the required official country codes. The analysis can be carried out for all buildings combined or for only the units within a specified building.

Housekeeping List: Daily Cleaning Schedule

Furthermore, Lodgit Desk can create an up-to-date daily cleaning schedule for your hotel. This housekeeping list can be printed out and passed on to your cleaning staff or housekeeping team. The list will show only those accommodations that have the cleaning status 'Must be cleaned' and/or 'Laundry must be changed'.

The cleaning status can be automatically changed at fixed cleaning intervals. This status can be set individually for each room, apartment or holiday apartment within property management.

Lists For Extra Items (e.g Catering Lists etc)

Extra item lists provide you with a detailed evaluation of all additional services over a specified period of time, which can easily be printed out.

For example, you may wish to give your chef a list of all breakfasts and dinners ordered for any day or period of time, or get a quick overview of the tourist tax taken in the last month.

Check-in and Check-out Lists

Using Lodgit Desk you can use the check-in and check-out lists to generate a detailed analysis of all arriving and departing guests for a specified period of time.

When printing the list, you can choose to display guest notes, booking notes, as well as any additional services booked.

Lodging List for Easy Turnover Prediction

Using the lodging list, you can analyse the expected turnover of your accommodation services for a time period you specify, as well as print out a list of these bookings. For this analysis, it is of lesser importance whether an invoice has been issued or not.

In principle, all accommodation services are evaluated on a daily basis, although you can optionally limit the selection to certain booking statuses.

Current Hotel Guest List

Lodgit Desk offers not only a quick-view of all currently checked in guests in the lower left area of the main window, it also offers a more extensive list of all guests. This list can be generated within a specified time frame, property, or within certain booking statuses.

Brokerage Sales Statistics

You can use the agent statistics to display an evaluation of the booking turnover for a certain period of time, which was generated by external agents who receive a commission from you. This evaluation can of course also simply be printed out.

Evaluation of Room Occupancy Rates and RevPAR

Lodgit Desk calculates certain key performance figures for you, such as occupancy rate and RevPar (revenue per available room). The RevPar results depends on the occupancy rate and the total room revenue and can be calculated for any time frame.
