An overview of the main features in Lodgit Desk:

  • Graphical overview of all rental units and their occupancy (graphical reservation schedule)
  • Simple vacancy search within a specified booking time frame (availability query) with automatic computation of available units in the individual categories
  • Direct input of individual or group bookings by marking them on the graphical reservation schedule
  • Object management of a large number of rentable units within a flatrate license (e.g. multiple houses as well as their rooms, apartments, etc.)
  • Guest management with easy search function and correspondence, allowing for effortless communication with individuals, companies, groups by mail and email (incl. guest notes, booking history and correspondence archive)
  • Generation of offers, confirmations and invoices directly from within the booking software (see guest correspondence)
  • Booking list in which you can view all bookings (incl. search and sort functions) with search filters, e.g. for bookings with expired deadlines, new online bookings, etc.
