Interface: EPOS systems

Lodgit Desk offers an optional module that can be used to connect different EPOS systems (e.g. those of HYPERSOFT or GASTWARE) to the reservation software. Other EPOS systems can be used as well, as long as they support the PROTEL protocol. Ask your EPOS systems provider this info!

This allows all guests checked in via Lodgit Desk to simply book their restaurant meal to their room tab. The turnover from the EPOS systems is recorded in the hotel software and the billing items are listed as extras, where they are easily added to the invoice, just like other extras.

With the help of Lodgit Desk’s practical and comprehensive analysis functions, you can also have the turnover generated by the EPOS system analyzed.

If one transaction cannot be assigned to any booking, it can easily be detected using the error log and manually processed within Lodgit Desk.

Interface: EVVA's electronic lock system SALTO

Lodgit Desk features an optional module which constitutes an interface for EVVA’s electronic lock system SALTO. These systems function with an electronic medium (such as a card), which serves as a room key and can be programmed to grant your guest access to the tanning beds, spa, gym, coat check, garage, ski room and other areas, as the case may be.

For the most part, these electronic lock systems can be controlled using the hotel software:

• Rooms can be made available upon checking in;
• Access can be granted to further areas;
• All authorizations can be revoked upon checking out.

The electronic key you use in your establishment can be read and coded directly from the booking window in Lodgit Desk. The arrival and departure dates are automatically carried over from the booking and can be changed before the card is registered for the guest’s use.

Creating copies for accompanying guests as well as disposable keys are just as possible as the assignment of access permission for up to four rooms.
